1. Program operator
The Somdot Affiliate Program is operated by SOMDOT WHOLESALE HONG KONG LIMITED, company registration number 78891312, ROOM 502C 5/F, HO KING COMMERCIAL CENTRE, 2-16 FA YUEN STREET, MONGKOK, KOWLOON, HONG KONG.
2. Application and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may approve, reject, suspend, or close an affiliate account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Somdot brand, or the integrity of the program.
3. Promotion standards
Affiliates must describe Somdot and its products accurately, disclose the commercial relationship clearly and conspicuously, and comply with advertising, endorsement, privacy, email, platform, and consumer-protection laws. Affiliates may not use misleading claims, spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, trademark bidding, impersonation, or unauthorized incentives.
4. Tracking and commissions
The starting rate is 8% of eligible product revenue, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and ineligible orders. The standard referral window is 30 days and last eligible affiliate attribution applies. Rates and eligibility may vary by affiliate, product, campaign, or territory.
5. Validation and payment
Commissions remain pending until the related order is paid, fulfilled, and outside the applicable cancellation, return, fraud, and review period. Payments are reviewed monthly after the approved unpaid balance reaches USD 100. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and for their own taxes.
6. Content and brand assets
Approved affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use authorized Somdot links and creative assets solely to promote the program. Somdot trademarks, product images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be altered in a misleading way.
7. Changes and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. We may change program rates, rules, or availability with reasonable notice where practicable. Valid approved commissions earned before termination remain payable, subject to these terms.
