1. Copyright owner and notice

2. Protected materials and original designs

All original product photographs, videos, renderings, illustrations, graphics, page layouts, packaging artwork, logos, visual designs, product descriptions, and other creative materials designed or commissioned by Somdot are owned by or exclusively licensed to the relevant Somdot rights holder. Copyright and related rights may also protect website software, source code, databases, downloadable materials, and the selection and arrangement of website content.

Do not copy, download, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, display, or commercially use any Somdot image, logo, artwork, or original design without prior written authorisation. This statement does not claim ownership of third-party payment, carrier, social-platform, or other marks that are separately identified on this website.

3. Permitted personal use

You may access the website, view its pages, and make a temporary or single copy of reasonably necessary material for your personal, non-commercial shopping, order, warranty, or customer-service needs. Any legally required quotation, criticism, review, news reporting, research, accessibility, or other permitted use remains available to the extent provided by applicable law.

No permission in this section transfers ownership or grants a broader licence to Somdot content, branding, software, or data.

4. Uses requiring prior written permission

Products, designs, and patents

Somdot and its affiliated rights holders own or control multiple design patents, registered designs, invention patents, utility rights, and related applications in multiple countries and regions. Unless you have prior written authorisation, you must not copy or substantially imitate protected product appearances, structures, components, mechanisms, engineering solutions, packaging, or other patented or registered designs, or manufacture, commission manufacture, import, export, advertise, offer for sale, sell, or distribute infringing products.

Somdot reserves the right to use all lawful measures to protect its rights, including platform and marketplace complaints, customs and border-enforcement procedures, administrative complaints, preservation of evidence, cease-and-desist demands, civil proceedings, claims for damages and costs, and criminal referrals where available under applicable law.

5. Somdot trademarks

SOMDOT, the Somdot name and logo, and associated product or campaign identifiers are trademarks or trade indicia owned by Somdot group entities or used under licence. Trademark rights may arise from registration, application, and/or use and may differ by country. Somdot products are marketed in multiple territories, including Australia, Japan and South Korea; sales in a territory do not by themselves mean that every Somdot right is registered there. Nothing on this website grants a right to use a Somdot mark in a business name, domain name, social account, advertising, product listing, marketplace listing, metatag, or other commercial identifier.

6. International trademark portfolio

The following non-exhaustive furniture-category trademark certificate numbers were provided from Somdot's company rights records and reviewed for publication on July 14, 2026. The relevant official register controls the current owner, status, classes, goods and services, renewal dates, and territorial scope if any part of this summary differs from the register.

These records supplement, and do not limit, Somdot's other registered, pending, unregistered, common-law, licensed, design, patent, and group-company rights. The same European Union number supplied twice in the company list is displayed once. For authoritative status information, consult the current register of the relevant intellectual-property office.

7. Third-party rights and user content

Third-party names, logos, payment marks, carrier marks, social-platform marks, photographs, videos, reviews, and other content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance identifies a provider, compatibility, accepted method, source, or authorised use and does not transfer ownership to Somdot.

If you submit content to Somdot, you retain any copyright you own, subject to the licence and permissions described in our Terms and Conditions and any relevant platform terms.

8. Permissions and infringement reports

For permission requests or a good-faith report that content on this website infringes your copyright or trademark, email help@somdothome.com with:

• your name, organisation, and reliable contact details;
• identification of the protected work or mark and the basis of your rights;
• the exact Somdot page URL and a description or screenshot of the material;
• the action you request; and
• a statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We may request reasonable verification, forward the notice to the relevant content provider, preserve necessary records, and remove or restrict material where appropriate.
